I hear you loud & clear. You (some, not all, of you) do NOT like sauerkraut (I could still debate you on that…but I’ll let it go for now!). So, done. Final. No mo discussion.

OK! Got it.

But the fact remains that our Standard American Diets and over-clean/under-dirty lifestyles simply aren’t supporting our gut health. And chances are you’ve read or heard about how fermented foods such as sauerkraut (not the canned, dead kind on the grocery story shelves) go a long way to restore a robust & synergistic consortium of over a trillion microbes that are intended to reside in our microbiome and support and untold number of biological functions (like the synthesis of serotonin!). And you’re likely aware that you don’t have to have gut issues to be suffering the ill effects of a compromised microbiome (any immune dysfunction you suffer is likely due to an unhealthy gut).

I’ve got great news! Sauerkraut was only Plan A.

There is a Plan B! And I feel sure you’re not going to hate it like you’re sure you do Plan A!

And for those of you who loved Plan A, Plan B is for you too!!

As usual, possibly more importantly than learning the techniques of fermenting foods is the whole foods healing power knowledge you will gain. And enjoying the connection with like-minded people who are addressing health concerns while living in the modern world & kicking sugary, processed foods to the curb.

Here’s something else you may not know…the process of fermentation leads to foods that are often not tolerated by individuals being very well tolerated & enjoyed. There’s some great science behind this & I’ll share it & more during the class.
