1-Group Sessions (1.5 hours for presentation & .5 hours for questions via online meeting platform) – will occur on varying days & at varying times in an attempt to include everyone in live presentations – presentations will be recorded for you to listen later if you cannot attend live
2-Individual/Private Coaching Sessions (30 minutes each via Skype) – these sessions will focus on mindset – they are not “accountability sessions” and they have the power to change waaaay more than just how you think about food
